A corps is a large formation or an administrative grouping of troops within an armed force with a common function. The many corps of the Australian Army perform specific combat, combat support or combat service support roles that have shaped their growth, development and the generation of esprit de corps that characterises each and is a source of pride to the members of that corps.
These Insignia are ordered according to the precedence of Corps, as per Australian Military Regulation 68.
