Army training activity

Defence personnel will be conducting an overnight training activity at Sydney Olympic Park from 21 March to 22 March 2024.

The community can expect the presence of armed Australian Army personnel and medical staff conducting a simulated mass casualty event.

Loud noises and participants with simulated wounds may be seen in vicinity of the area.

This is a routine training activity and the community should not be alarmed.

The Australian Army appreciates the support of the community and recognises the traditional custodians of the land on which we operate, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
